Processing Time

Due to high demand, processing and delivery may occasionally take longer.

Shipping Costs

European Union (EU)

Orders under €100 are subject to shipping fees, which are calculated based on the destination country.
Orders of €100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the European Union.

International (Outside the EU)

Shipping fees always apply for international orders and are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or customs processing, delivery may take up to 21 days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We do not collect, control, or calculate these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs authorities may require additional payment or documentation before releasing a shipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply.
